I had a teenage cousin die doing the very thing you show these two young boys doing. Kids do not have enough respect for the water that runs in the canals for this to be a fun and "safe" activity. I pray that there are adults present.

We did this all the time growin up out at the groveland rapids. Gotta love that small town fun
