State Kidnaps Family Member

September 2006, State contacted Larron Falkner asking if the would be interested in adopting his Nephew, Ashton Ellis. Larron Falkner without hesitation said yes. Larron Falkner was given information, on what was need for him to foster Ashton Ellis. Larron complied with the request by completing all the foster parenting classes and having a home study done. Mean while Ashton Ellis was able to spend time with his Fathers Family. Ashton’s Grand Father, Great Grandmother, Great Uncles and Aunts, Cousins and his Father. One of Ashton’s scheduled visits with his biological family was Christmas 2006. Few days before Larron was scheduled to pick- up Ashton, the case worker contacted Larron Falkner and explained Ashton would not be coming for Christmas. When Larron asked why the case worker replied he was going to spend time with his foster family. The biological families’ members were devastated, Ashton Ellis had for the first time in his life had the opportunity to spend time with his biological family and the visitation was denied. Larron conveyed to the case worker his disappointment and the impact this would make on Ashton, Ashton was looking forward to spend the Christmas of 2006 with his biological family. The case worked did not like that Larron Falkner voiced his opinion. After that day the case worker decided she was going to give Ashton Ellis to another Family. Spend Christmas other than with your family. The case worker also tried to stop all visitations. Larron Falkner contacted an Attorney to find out Ashton’s rights and the rights of Ashton Ellis’s family. Ashton’s Ellis family has been fight ever day. The case worker has done everything in her power to keep Ashton Ellis from his Biological Family. We believe Ashton’s Family has been discriminated against, was never given do process by the laws, discouraged and unjustly accused of being unfit. The state has made numinous threat telling his Father Shawn Brunson and Ashton’s Uncle Larron Falkner to stop fighting or else. We know that the state has violated Federal laws by not allowing Ashton Ellis to be placed with his suitable, biological Family. The laws need to be changed to protect the children from being kidnapped by the state. We believe in Family First and are not willing to give up the fight for our Family member Ashton Ellis. We are begging for help, please help Ashton’s Family be shown the way.

The state considers it self to God like in how it carries out the old "Save them from themselves," irregardless of who it causes harm to. Never give up, use the media and the law to protect the child's rights to life. The state is not God.

The state is not God, they think they are. But who runs that state ? the mormons''. Just like Idaho, they come in and take,do what ever they want with no regards to any real family members feelings. then say it's best for the child. NO LAW IN U.S.A. !

This is so sad . God bless the child I hope and pray he will be returned to his family. I pray Satan will let this poor child go back to his family and stop fighting to keep him away. God help them regain control and recover thier child.

THE STATES OF IDAHO, UTAH NEED TO SEPERATE THE CHURCH FROM STATE. IT SHOULD BE AGINST THE LAW TO ALLOW THIS TO OCCAR. I PRAY THESE BABY'S WELL BE RETURNED TO THERE REAL PARENTS. AND NOT BECOME A PAWN FOR SATAN'S PEOPLE .YOU SHOULD BE TARED, FEATHERED

Just because both states have Latter Day Saints in them does not mean that the LDS agree with what is happening to this family. The LDS church believes in family. I am not an active member, but I know that they put family first. God less this family

I have a friend that is a LSW and she can't even get her stepchildren away from their drug addicted mother. It is not a religous group keeping these kids away it is laws that do not protect suitable biological families. If you like the laws vote.

I read some of the comments above and an shocked. The mormoms didnt take this child away. Most likely it was an underpaid and uneducated worker who took it out on the family. I have seen Health and Welfare do whatever they want with children.

By the way your vocabulary only proves your lack of intelligence. Its not mormisum, its mormonism. Its not occar, its occur. Its not agginst, its against.

I work on these cases all the time. The best advice I can give you is to get a lawyer and fight this out in court. Make sure the child has a CASA worker, and get to know them. Let them know how much you want this child what you can provide for him

What does church have ANYTHING to do with this??? The church would fight FOR the CHILD, not against!

I know the family very well as having been friends with the great Grandmother since I was 6 years old. I am also an active LDS. I see no connection at all with the church and this family is very capable of raising their own children.

We have lost the main concern in this. It is not about religion it is about a child's well being. No matter what religion you are you should do what you can to keep this child safe and where they belong with family.

I must comment on the case of the young girl who gave her child for adoption. If the father had been involved before the birth he might have had more say in the adoption. Be responsible before you have sex then you will not be in this situation.
