Promblems with a team in Victor

I was watching the Victor Parade this morning and it was all wonderful. There were a few tense moments when the metal guide for the team came loose and fell to the ground. One of the teamsters jumped off. Tried to calm the horses, then jumped up on the back of one the horses and stopped the wagon. In just a few minutes the teamster and a helper had it all back together again. He jumped back up on the wagon and finished the parade.
