Once the fog burns off, expect partly sunny skies for your Tuesday. Our highs will reach the upper 20's to around 30. Light winds by the afternoon. For tonight, fog may returns with lows again in the single digits. Expect another partly sunny day for Wednesday, with high temps not changing very much. We'll have a change in the forecast by Thursday as the rain/snow showers return. Highs will slowly increase by week's end. Chance of moisture lasts until Saturday, with dry weather returning by Valentine's Day.
