Salmon vs. Shelley

Tools

By Ted Dawson

It was Friday night, October 23. Salmon's great running back, Levi Aldous is hauled down by Shelley's Mr. Everything, Tanner Higham. And while Shelley won the game and the conference title, there's a rematch Friday night, for a trip to the state championship.

Shelley has a great passing attack behind three year senior starter, Tanner Higham. Salmon has a great passing attack behind junior quarterback, Riley Sessions.

No matter how you look at it, this game should be a track meet. Great athletes on both sides, and a feeling by Salmon, that Shelley has been on top long enough.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
