When Hillcrest Junior Jordan Speirs broke away on this long touchdown run last Friday night, it was the start of the Knights breaking a 23 game losing streak.

Speirs ended up with 141 yards, and he made some key blocks to spring other Knight runners for a convincing 39-14 victory over Idaho Falls. It was the first Varsity football win Spiers had ever experienced.

The son of a local doctor, Jordan, and outstanding student, has some big plans for his future.

Jordan Speirs is our KIDK Student Athlete of the Week, but now he has to try and keep that winning streak alive in the annual civil war game against Bonneville on Friday night.
