Idaho Falls - During the third game of a series between the Idaho Falls Chukars and Ogden Raptors, Chukar RHP Paul Raglione hit Devaris Gordon with the second pitch of the ballgame probably in retaliation of the previous night's game when Ogden pitcher Luis Vazquez threw behind the Chukars' Fernando Garcia with a ten-run lead in the ninth inning.

The benches cleared and a total of nine players and one coach (Ogden's pitching coach) were ejected from the game after a 32-minute delay. The Chukars would go on to win, 11-5.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
