Gasoline usage down in the Northwest

IDAHO FALLS - A new report finds drivers in idaho, Washington, and Oregon used 180 million gallons less between 2007 and 2008. That is the largest drop since 1980.
Drivers consumed, on average, 7.4 gallons per person, per week in 2008. That's about 10-percent below the national average. |
