POCATELLO - A Fort Hall man is facing felonies charges accused of breaking into a car.

David Silvas Jr. is charged with principal to burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Detectives began investigating at the end of the December.

Silvas is accused of breaking into the car, taking a credit card, and then using it.

Officers linked Silvas to the alleged break-in while conducting interviews in a separate case.
