ST. ANTHONY - Jeri Jean Rawson was arraigned this afternoon at the Fremont Magistrate Court on a charge of Delivery of a controlled substance, violation I.C. 37-2732(a)(1)B, a felony.

The 36-year-old St. Anthony woman was arrested at her home last night by St. Anthony Police following the execution of a search warrant.

"The Suspect was in possession of approximately 11 oz. of marijuana packaged for sale," said Police Chief Jim Smith in a press release this afternoon.

Also seized were scales and other drug sales paraphernalia.

Rawson is being held on $20,000 bail in the Fremont County Jail. She faces up to five years in prison and a $15,000 fine.

The St. Anthony Police Department was assisted in the counter drug operation by deputies from the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office.
