AMMON - The City of Ammon has made a motion to withdraw it's proposed area of impact from Bonneville County.

New developments in the story we've been following for you. Ammon city leaders were made aware of the concerns held by homeowners living in the proposed area of impact at Wednesday night's planning and zoning meeting.

This area of impact would take four square miles of county property south of Ammon and Idaho Falls.

Bonneville County Planning and Zoning suggests the City of Idaho Falls and Ammon work together on a cohesive plan that works well for the growth of both cities while protecting county homeowners.
