IDAHO FALLS - Melaleuca is going after one of its competitors in court.

The company accuses Max International of stealing its staff, infringing on trade secrets, and unfair competition. Melaleuca says the company, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, lured its sales staff with lucrative payments and violated non-compete agreements.

Max International has not commented.
