POCATELLO - For the second time this week, a District 25 school is placed on lockdown.

Police surrounded the Lincoln Early Childhood Center on Oakwood Drive at noon, after learning about threats toward a student.

The girl is home and safe.

Within an hour, parents were picking up their kids from the school, but officers remained on scene as a precaution.

The threats were allegedly made by Thomas Arellano, the same man accused of prompting a lockdown at Pocatello High School Monday.
