Man sent to prison for attempted strangulation

REXBURG - Dale Davis will no longer have to wait for his sentencing.

Davis will server no less than 2 years, and no more than 10, for attempted strangulation.

He will also serve no less than 1 year, and no more than 5, for domestic battery.

Davis will also have to pay $7,500 in fines, and has been accredited 67-days already served in jail.
