PARKER CITY - All seats were taken by new members.

Brand Hathaway with 50 votes took the seat of mayor by only seven votes against Brent Williams with 43.

For city council's four-year-seat, Cindy Ricks had 79 votes, Brooke Miller with 76 votes, Burt McLaughlin with 20 votes.

The two-yearsseats Ryan Crapo with 79 votes, Mark Steiner with 58 votes and Dana Wade 36 votes.
