IDAHO FALLS - Three men have been arrested after vandalizing Falls Valley Elementary School. Five men were spotted on the roof of the school Wednesday night, kicking the school's new security cameras.

Witnesses tell Eyewitness News, the men looked like they were in their 20's. Two of the men are still on-the-run. The men also wrote offensive language on the campus. That graffiti has already been removed.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
