DRIGGS - One person is in jail after a shooting in Driggs. It happened at the Fox Creek Apartments Monday evening.

Teton County deputies and an Idaho State Police officer responed to a 911 call of shots fired at the apartment complex.

Alberto Gasca-Mozqueda was arrested and charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon.

The case is still under investigation.
