MALAD - One of the men who broke into storage units in Oneida County earlier this year will have to wait for his sentence, because he is behind bars in Utah.

Ethan Reel plead guilty to three counts of burglary in June, and was scheduled to be sentenced Friday.

But he is currently in the Box Elder County Jail serving a 180 day sentence for taking items from a Chevron in Snowville, Utah.

The Utah burglary occurred at the same time as the others Reel was involved in.

No new sentencing date has been set.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
