A Rigby man facing multiple charges after allegedly going on a drunken rampage in Madison County pleaded not guilty on Monday.

24-year-old Kevin Parker was driving a truck when he hit a road sign and a power pole. He then accelerated and hit another car.

Parker was arrested for driving under the influence and aggravated assault. While being transported to jail, Parker kicked out the passenger window of the patrol car.

Parker has already pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while under the influence but on Monday he pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated battery, malicious injury, and delaying and obstructing an officer.
