The sheriff of Fremont County who lost last week's primary election says he'll most likely ask for a re-count.

Sheriff Ralph Davis lost to Len Humphries by only twelve votes.

It will cost Davis $1400 to have the re-count of the ballots.

Davis says he will decide by Thursday night what he will do.
