Documents: Woman Failed to Obtain Pre-Natal Care for Pregnant 10-Year-Old

Channel 3 has uncovered more about the charges facing a St. Anthony woman who's 10-year-old daughter gave birth.
Last Friday 27-year-old Isabel Chasarez was charged with child endangerment. Court documents say she failed to obtain prenatal care for 10-year-old between January 1st and April 28th of this year. Chasarez has been ordered to have no contact with any of her children. She will appear in court later this week |
