Otter appoints A. Ladd Carter to Bingham County Commission

BOISE, Idaho (AP) _ Gov. C.L. ''Butch'' Otter has appointed A. Ladd Carter of Pingree to replace the late Errol Dennis Covington on the Bingham County Commission.

Covington died Jan. 14.

Carter joins Cleone Jolley and Wayne Brower on the three-member commission.

The Bingham County Republican Central Committee nominated Carter and two others to fill the remainder of Covington
