IDAHO FALLS- For kids and parents alike, the phrase "Back to School" means homework and stress. But if you've been watching for the past few weeks, I've been giving you tips on how to shop and save some extra cash.

This week I have a final list of tips and some you can even use right from inside your home.

For the last three weeks, Tricia Scrogum and I, have been shopping all around town to find you the best deals and save you from that extra headache.

"Shopping doesn't have to be hard as long as you know what you're looking for and set a budget, says Scrogum."

We showed you what to look for when shopping for your elementary kids and make those clothes stretch. Also, how to fit the trends for your middle schoolers and still stay within a budget. And finally how to shop for your high schooler. We showed you that if you take some extra time, you will save some extra cash.

"Because I started early and shopped around, I had a budge set higher and after I shopped around I saved a lot of money," says Tricia Scrogum.

This week we found some great deals right from Tricia's computer. "I like to do some of my school shopping online because there are some cool things that you can find online and not in the store," says Scrogum.

Here's a List: We found shoes that will actually grow with your child. These are called inchworms. They look like your standard shoe, but press a button and they extend up to a full size.

"They're comfortable and I like them," says her youngest, Chance.
"They're going to last at least for the whole year and they're going to grow. They can grow a whole size with them," says Scrogum.

These retail from $30 to $50 dollars.

Then we found accessory shoes. You can change your look and not your sole with Switch Flops.
Just pull the Velcro strap off and put another one on.

"I like these. I would buy them for me and my kids," says Scrogum. The flip flops cost $32 with straps. Each additional straps are only $10.

When hunting for back packs, Tricia buys them online. "I make my kids use their back packs for two years, but if you buy a quality back pack it's no problem."

We decided to do one last hunt for things around town and we found some interesting school supplies. "What's cool about these is that you have all the colors on the color wheel and you don't have to worry about them breaking," says Scrogum.

Also, if you have a locker, her daughter Whittnie says, "When you're in junior high you have to keep a locker kit so your locker is organized, otherwise it's just a mess."

One more additional supply you will need says Scrogum, "Almost every school now requires that you have hand sanitizer for your children so you need to send some of it with your kids to school."

And another cool item for your mathematicians, "Every high schooler needs a TI calculator for Algebra and high courses. The great thing about this inspire is that you can navigate and enter your text quicker. Plus it will connect to your computer so that you can download your information to your computer or back to the TI from your calculator," says Bill S. manager for Wal-Mart.

That's a our list of tips and interesting items you might want to look into. Here's Tricia with one final thought: "Have fun when you go shopping. Don't get stressed out. Shop early and look for the deals."
