Does it Really Work? - Titan 6

Today's product caught my eye because of the number of blades on a razor and the fact that the handle holds shaving cream.

Let's find out if it really works.

"I pretty much use the Mach 3," says Ken Donahoo.

The Mach 3 is pretty much a wimp compared to the Titan. Not only does it beat the Mach 3 for number of blades, it also defeats the four blade Quattro, and even the five blade Fusion. The Titan holds six blades.

"That's a lotta blades," says Ken.

But will the Titan 6 double the power of the Mach 3?

"I once heard that more blades actually irritates your skin more, but I don't know. We'll see," says Ken.

The shaving cream inside the handle holds enough for about 10 shaves. And the shaving cream comes out fast.

"You gotta get used to the shaving cream in the back and the speed it comes out in," says Ken.

Ken normally uses shaving gel, so the cream was a new experience. Which might also explain why it got a little messy.

"Kinda got some up my nose and in my ears," says Ken.

Or it could be the fact that not everyday there's a camera on him while he shaves. Time to tackle the stubble with six blade power.

"It feels about the same. Really comfortable," says Ken.

So right now, the Titan 6 is comparable to the Mach 3. Ken continued shaving his face, and close to the end, that's when he noticed a difference.

"Usually after I'm done, I'll feel and I'll find spots, but this actually, this is really good," says Ken.

Ken noticed a smoother shave with no irritation from the multiple blades or the shaving cream. After a quick splash of after shave, Ken is ready for the day and also ready for his Spud-o-Meter rating.

"As far as functionality goes, I would give it a five. It worked great. It did the job and I didn't have any problems with it," says Ken.

A package of 3 costs $10. I couldn't find the product in any store yet, but Walgreens and Target sells them on their website.
