ATV accident near Lava kills Utah man
LAVA HOT SPRINGS - An ATV accident turned fatal for a Utah man Wednesday night.

Steven Toone was heading northbound on Smith Canyon Road near Lava Hot Springs on his ATV when he lost control on a slick, snow covered road.

Toone was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Idaho State Police are investigating the accident.
