Fire destroys house in Ammon

AMMON -- A fire has destroyed a house in Ammon. It sparked late Sunday afternoon off Vaughn Street. A neighbor saw the black smoke from behind the house and called 9-1-1 at 4:15 p.m. The family was not home at the time.

No injuries have been reported.

Police are still investigating the cause.
