MADISON COUNTY - The woman was driving southbound just north of the Lorezno Bridge on Highway 20. Tire tracks show how the driver ended up rolling her car over a canal and through a barbed-wire fence about 25 feet from the road.

The woman sustained minor injuries to her chest. Responding Officers smelled alcohol and drew a blood test that will be sent to the state lab. The Madison County Sheriff's Office adds that "No other drivers were involved in the accident."

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
