POCATELLO - Usually wedding rings are given to a person you love, but a local man is in custody accused of taking one from a friend.

32-year-old Jeffrey Klein is charged with one felony count of grand theft.

Klein lived with the alleged victim, and because he had access to the ring makes him a primary suspect in its disappearance.

The ring is worth more than $1,000.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
