IDAHO FALLS - An Idaho Falls man is behind bars for lewd and lascivious conduct.

Nineteen-year old Christopher Scott Martindale, is accused of taking a 15-year-old girl into a bedroom and having sexual contact with her against her will.

The girl claims she went over to his house just to hang out. Martindale is not talking to police about the incident, until he talks to a lawyer.
