Accused AV Center embezzler in court

POCATELLO - The American Falls woman accused of stealing thousands of dollars from her former employer made her first court appearance Thursday.

28-year-old Keri Jensen is charged with grand theft by embezzlement.

If convicted she could spend one to 14 years in prison and be required to pay a $5,000 fine.

Jensen allegedly used a company credit card to buy more than $7,000 worth of personal items while working at the AV Center.

Her next hearing is on June 17th.
