YELLOWSTONE NAT'L PARK, WY - Scientists are closely monitoring more than 250 small earthquakes that have happened in Yellowstone National Park just since Friday.

Swarms of small earthquakes happen frequently in Yellowstone. But scientists say it's very unusual for so many earthquakes to happen over just a few days. The largest tremor happened Saturday and measured magnitude 3.8. The quakes continued Sunday and Monday, including a magnitude 3.3 quake shortly after noon Monday.

Seismologists do not know what may be causing the cluster of tremors.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
