Overnight crash kills Pocatello man

POCATELLO - A Pocatello man is dead after his car over-turned.

The victim, 25-year-old Terry Garner, was driving westbound on Cottage Avenue and failed to negotiate a curve at Philbin Road. His Mercury Sable over-turned several times and he was ejected.

Garner was not wearing a seat-belt at the time and was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation.
