TETON COUNTY - A crash in Teton County leaves one woman dead. It happened just before 11:00 o'clock Saturday night on Northbound State Highway 33 near Tetonia. 58-year-old Charlotte Bahr was driving her Chevy pick up, when she tried to pass another car and lost control.

Her pickup then went off the right hand side of the road and rolled. Bahr was wearing a seat belt and had to be extracated from her car.

The loss of control was mainly due to bad road conditions, but the investigation is on-going.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
