Man accused of having sexual conduct with 3, 8 year old kids arraigned

REXBURG - A Rigby man accused of committing lewd conduct with two young children was arraigned Monday.

36-year-old Billy Ray Sargent was arrested over the weekend after police say he had sexual contact with a three year old and an eight year old.

Sargent is being charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious conduct with a child.

He is in the Madison County Jail on 100 thousand dollars bond.
