Man Arrested for Driving Wrong Way on Highway 20; Blood Alcohol Level Almost 3x Legal Limit
REXBURG - A Pocatello man was arrested in Rexburg Tuesday for driving the wrong way on the highway and almost crashing into a car and a semi-truck.

Around 3:00 Tuesday morning, 32-year-old Cleve Davis was spotted driving his Toyota pickup south on the northbound lanes of highway 20.

Officers pulled him over and took a blood alcohol test which registered 2.2...well above the legal limit of .08.

Police also found a revolver in the truck.

Davis now faces an enhanced charge of driving under the influence plus one charge of possessing a concealed weapon while intoxicated.
