BONNEVILLE COUNTY - Three different homes were victims of drive by shootings early Friday morning in Bonneville County.

Around 4 AM a house on Larson Street near Bonneville High School was shot multiple times, shattering a back window of an SUV.

The Bonneville County Sheriff's Office tells Eyewitness News two homes in the Mobile Home Estates were also shot at.

We're told that .22 caliber rounds were fired multiple times at each home. Sheriff's deputies believe all the shootings are linked to the same gunman but the targets are unrelated and, the crimes have no ties to gang activity.

Deputies are interviewing a possible suspect but are not releasing his name tonight.

This week Gov. Otter signed a bill requiring Idaho to sue the federal government if Congress passes health care reform. What's your response to this?

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
  • We can't afford to pay for education in Idaho, but we're going to spend tax dollars to sue the feds? Ridiculous.
  • Not sure.
