UPDATE - Man Who Escaped from Shelley Police is Caught

SHELLEY - We have an update to a story we first brought you Wednesday night at 10 as Breaking News.

Shelley police have caught a suspect who escaped from them last night.. with handcuffs on.

Donald Matthew Criss was arrested for DUI and car burglary charges then took off on foot, he now faces more charges for fleeing.

Police caught him Thursday morning, at about 4 am.

We're told one of the reasons he surrendered is because the handcuffs were causing a lot of pain.
