Blackfoot Girl Injured in Accident, Driver Charged with DUI

CUSTER COUNTY - A Blackfoot man is charged with D-U-I after crashing his car.

An 8-year-old girl was in the car also and was badly injured.

It happened on State Highway 75 in Custer County.

Tony Galloway drove off the road and rolled his Chevy Cavalier several times.

Galloway was treated at the scene and charged with DUI.

The 8-year-old was lifeflighted to Saint Lukes in Boise.

There's no word on the girl's condition.
