By Nate Eaton

Fremont County's former Planning and Zoning administrator has worked out a plea agreement in a burglary case.

Jeffrey Patlovich is facing one felony count of burglary after police say he stole items from an abandoned restaurant near the St. Anthony sand dunes.

Tuesday in court his attorney and the state reached an agreement.

The felony charge will be dropped and Patlovich will now face one to three misdemeanor petty theft charges.
