More charges have been filed in the unbelievable case of a St. Anthony 10-year-old who gave birth at Madison Memorial Hospital last Saturday.

The girl's mother, 27-year-old Isabel Chasarez, was charged late Friday afternoon with one felony count of child endangerment.

At this point, it's unclear if Chasarez knew if and when her daughter was pregnant. She is in the Fremont County jail on $50,000 bond and will likely be transferred to the Madison County Women's Facility.

Additional charges has also been filed against the man who allegedly raped the 10-year-old girl.

37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was originally charged with one felony count of rape. Friday he was charged with two additional counts.

One count says Gutierrez-Juarez committed rape between August 1st and September 30th of last year. Count reports the crime happened between November 1st and 30th of last year. Count three alleges he committed the crime in January of 2008.

The 10-year-old girl and her baby are both in custody of the state. Gutierrez-Juarez is scheduled for a preliminary hearing next week.
