A Skyline High School Senior had a life changing experience just a couple weeks ago, rubbing elbows with some famous celebrities.

She was flown to New York to appear on the "Rachael Ray" show..

Here's a sneak peak.

Rachael Ray.. President Bill Clinton.. Carly Simon.. Three big names.. And all three got to spend the day with Skyline High Senior Aria Anastasio.

We first met Aria back in October. She and her wedding cake business were featured on Eyewitness News.

"I really like this cake thing and if I could make a career out of it, I would," said Aria Anastasio last October.

Since then, Aria had the chance to meet Rachael Ray at a seminar in Florida. Rachael talked with her producer. The producer watched Aria's story on kidk.com. And the rest is history.

"All of us just thought. Hey cool. We're the Teen Chefs, and we're going to be on the 'Rachael Ray' show," says Aria.

Boy were they in for a surprise.

"We flew you all in for a secret mission," says Rachael Ray.

"You're gonna open up a restaurant.. And we were all like what?!," says Aria.

The restaurant was to raise money for Rachael Ray's Yum-O organization which helps prevents childhood obesity and hunger. At the restaurant, President Clinton spoke about his alliance for a healthy generation.

"You excited," asks Aria.

"I am," replies President Clinton.

Aria was in charge of dessert.

"A very healthy carrot cake," says Aria.

"I had a slight disaster, which I'm sure you'll see. I started crying and the camera loves that. They all got over on me, and I said, OK! That's enough!" says Aria.

In our interview Aria gave some behind the scenes info.

"Rachael Ray. She's just a sweetheart. So much fun. President Clinton. Very nice guy. Just talks to you. Looks you in the eye when he's talking to you," says Aria.

And Aria represented our state very well.

"I got the nickname of Idaho. Potato. Spud. Cakester. I got the most nicknames of everybody," says Aria.

At just 17 years old, Aria took a big step of approaching Rachael Ray, at the right place at the right time.

"I never would have pictured seeing her on the beach, talking to her. Two and a half months later I would be cooking for Bill Clinton and Larry King and Carly Simon. Like never in a million years," says Aria.
