One Dead After Separate Accidents in Madison County

Three separate car accidents in Madison County leaves one person dead.

23-year-old Kelsie Munns died in one of the accidents last night.

She was heading westbound across Highway 20 north of Sugar City and failed to yield to oncoming southbound traffic.

She was then hit by a SUV. Munns was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital and released.

Road conditions were not a contributing factor in this accident.

Another accident involved 3 cars and involved 11 people. There were injuries in this accident, but none appear to be life threatening.
