Tommy Noel never knows who he's going to randomly pick from the phone book for Everybody Has a Story.

Today Tommy randomly picked someone in Heise, who just happens to be the owner of the 7N Ranch.

I've learned why so many people enjoy living in the country. You can't beat a beautiful view from your front window.

"A lot of people like to come up and sit on our front porch and visit," says Tennessee Newby.

I don't blame them one bit.. In Heise, I met Tennessee Newby. Born in Ogden, Utah, she met her husband on a high note.. Literally.

"We met because we were hang gliding. We met on top of a mountain," says Tennessee.

Tennessee has 4 kids.. "And they all live locally, so that's really nice," adds Tennessee.

And they all stay busy being in charge of the 7N Ranch.

"We have miniature golf, driving range, RV Park. A couple of buildings we rent for weddings and receptions," says Tennessee.

One of those buildings is a red barn. They cut it in thirds and moved it 5 miles to its current location on the ranch.

You're probably wondering by now how she got the name Tennessee. Being a good journalist, I asked that same question.

"My grandmother's name was Tennessee. Her father went on a mission and he liked the state so much, so he named his daughter Tennessee. She died, then named me after her," says Tennessee.

In addition to the ranch, something downstairs in the basement impressed me... A model train set and village that Tennessee made. She and her husband owned a hobby store, and that got her into the hobby.

"I just thought the trains were neat, so I started to mess with them," says Tennessee.

And when she has a free moment, I got her to tell me her guilty pleasure.

"Lately it's that stupid Sudoku book," says Tennessee.
