Ingredients

1 wheel Brie

1 pound Butter, Room Temperature

4 ounces Dried Fruit

4 ounces Nuts

1 Tbsp. Parsley, Chopped

1 Tbsp. Tarragon, Chopped

As Needed - Honey

As Needed - Tabasco

As Needed - Salt and Pepper

Directions

In a food processor chop all dried fruit and nuts.

In a mixer combine the butter, dried fruit, nuts, and chopped herbs.

Continue mixing until thourholy combined.

Season with honey, Tabasco, and salt and pepper.

With a hot knife cut the brie in half horizontally.

Spread the butter mixture on one half of the brie, smooth out the butter and put the other half on top.

With a spatula fill in any openings, and smooth out the edges.

Put the brie in the refrigerator until completely set, then cut in to the desired size -or- shape

Serve with crackers or toasted bread
