Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/3 cup minced onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in oil.
Remove meat balls and prepare gravy (below). Return meat
balls to gravy. Cook 15-20 minutes.


Notes:

Gravy

Stir into the fat from meatballs: 1/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon paprika,
dash salt/pepper. Stir in two cups of boiling water and 3/4 cup
sour cream.
