Cornflake Potato Casserole

Ingredients

32 oz bag of Southern Style Square Hashbrowns
1 can of Cream Of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Sour Cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¾ cup melted butter
2 cups of crushed corn flakes

Directions

This casserole can be made the day before. Mix Hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheese, onions, salt, pepper, and ½ cup of the melted butter. Spread mixture into a 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish. Spread the crushed corn flakes on top and drizzle the remaining melted butter over it.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

  • It's great to see Idaho taking the lead on this. Someone has to stand up to what's happening in Washington.
