Deliciously Simple Stir Fry Shrimp

Ingredients

8-10 oz thin egg noodles
2 tblsp toasted sesame seed oil (plus a little more if wanted)
1 clove garlic minced
½ tsp ground anise
4-5 green onions chopped in 1 inch pieces
24 raw jumbo shrimp peeled and cleaned
2 tblsp soy sauce
1 tblsp freshly squeezed lime juice

Directions

1. Prepare egg noodles as directed on package.
2. Heat a large wok and add the nut oil.
3. When oil is hot, add minced garlic, anise, and cook for about 30 seconds.
4. Add green onions and saute for a few seconds.
5. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes.
6. Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice and drained noodles.
7. Cook mixture for about 1 minute and serve. Make sure all ingredients are warmed all the way through.
