Ingredients

½ cup water
½ cup milk
2 tblsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
2. Allow mixture to sit in refrigerator for 1 hour prior to use.
3. Use crepe batter as directed for your crepe machine or pan.
