Ingredients

Steak - sirloin, strip, rib eye
Cajun Seasoning
Blue Cheese

Directions

Lightly season steaks with Cajun seasoning. Blackening spice works best.
Grill until almost cooked to your liking.
Top steak with blue cheese and cover just until cheese melts.

Enjoy!
