A Hip Holiday Shopping Event featuring local artisans selling their items. Scrumptious treats, paintings, photography, wreaths, jewelry, scrapbooking, felted hats, bags, vintage linens, reclaimed and renamed items, furniture, and OH so much more!! Do come!!! Bring canned food for the Food Bank and enter for fun prizes. Also support the Miracle for Tegan girls by purchasing their handcrafted items.

Idaho law allows state agencies to divert some state income tax refunds to pay legal obligations like court fees, child support, and sheriff's garnishments. Taxpayers whose refunds have been diverted have no legal recourse. What do you think of the law?

  • Times are tight. If the state needs the money, this approach is better than budget cuts, tax hikes, etc.
  • I'm entitled to the refund, and the state can just take it? Unfair and ridiculous.
